Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other F&B; outlets. The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue growth, cost control, food safety compliance, and effective team leadership while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of all F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and cafés.
Ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to hotel SOPs and brand standards.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Monitor outlet cleanliness, ambience, and service quality.

Guest Service
Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and implement corrective actions.




Build relationships with VIP and repeat guests.

Financial Management
Prepare and manage the departmental budget.
Monitor revenue, food cost, beverage cost, and labour cost.
Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Review daily sales reports and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and inventory control.

Team Leadership
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor F&B; team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs.
Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Foster teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
