Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Partnership :
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support those objectives.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

Talent Management :
Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

Performance Management :
Facilitate performance appraisal processes, providing tools and support for managers to conduct effective evaluations.
Develop and promote programs to enhance employee performance and career development.

Employee Engagement and Relations :




Foster a positive work workplace by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a culture of open communication.

Training and Development :
Assess training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Promote leadership development initiatives to build a solid management pipeline.

HR Policy and Compliance :
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

Data-Driven Decision Making :
