Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant
with 10+ years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience and solid expertise in
Greenfield S/4HANA implementations
. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered end-to-end implementation projects, worked closely with business stakeholders, and provided SAP Finance solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects using SAP Activate methodology.
Conduct business requirement gathering, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and solution design sessions.
Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including:
General Ledger (FI-GL)
Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
Asset Accounting (FI-AA)




Bank Accounting
Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)
Internal Orders (CO-IO)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Product Costing (CO-PC)
Configure Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Parallel Ledgers, Document Splitting, and New Asset Accounting.
Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PS, SuccessFactors, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
Support data migration, cutover planning, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
Analyze and resolve production support issues.
Conduct user training and prepare project documentation.
Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills
10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
Minimum
2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation
projects.
Solid hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration.
