Generate current business and achieve sales targets.
Promote CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and other ELV solutions.
Develop relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, developers, and end users.

Project Sales
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Identify project opportunities and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Technical & Commercial Coordination
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in tenders and negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.





Market Intelligence
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements
47 years of B2B/project sales experience in Fire & Life Safety, Electronic Security, ELV, BMS, or Integrated Building Solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing project-based deals.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and ELV solutions.
Experience working with consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, and corporate clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
