Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience handling customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless pre-sales and post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer interactions, from pre-sales inquiries to post-sales support.
Handle customer communication via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner.
Respond to product inquiries, order status requests, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and customer feedback.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Logistics,



and Production to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and enhance customer experience.
Build long-term customer relationships to improve retention and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Relationship roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Experience handling customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in the Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, E-commerce industry will be preferred.
