We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing Software Development company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate business opportunities through outbound calling. The candidate will play a key role in promoting our software/Website development services, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's Website/Software development services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Explain company services, understand client requirements, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.




Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in IT services or software sales will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude with a passion for sales.
