Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieve primary sales targets and grow secondary sales.
Expand dealer and distributor networks.
Manage product mix and ensure collection efficiency.
Execute sales schemes and comply with beat coverage plans.

Preferred candidate profile

Salary Budget: 5.0 - 6.0 LPA + Performance Incentives
Experience: 57 years (Minimum 2.6 years with current employer)
Education: Graduate preferred (12th pass considered with exceptional

industry experience)
Location: Must be a local resident of the hiring location
Working Days: Fixed Sundays off; 2nd and 3rd Saturdays off
Age Criteria- Candidate age should be less then 40 Years.
Requirements: Male candidates only; personal bike and valid driving

license mandatory
