Roles and Responsibilities
Ensuring projects align with client needs and objectives
Liaising with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, objectives, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Develop project plans, estimates, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
Lead, manage, coach, and develop cross-functional project teams, including performance management, mentoring, conflict resolution, and capability building.
Monitor project health through KRAs, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, and project status, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Manage project governance, including logs, change requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
Own project budgets, effort tracking, forecasting, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Conduct project reviews,



client governance meetings, and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing delivery best practices, improving team performance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project management methodologies.

Qualifications required:

Graduation

/ PG

in

BBA/BBM, MBA/PGDBM

is preferable.

Must have/Mandate skills include:

Basic technical knowledge of understanding a web page or the elements of web page

· Proficient in written and verbal communication skills

· Should have excellent presentation skills

·

Solid attention to detail and positive analytical skills

· Scrum/PMP/Prince2/Project Management certification is a plus
