About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Designer to design, develop, and maintain up-to-date, responsive, and high-performance websites. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for design, excellent frontend development skills, and experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate development.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Design
Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
Ensure responsive and mobile-first designs.
Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets.
Optimize user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

Website Development
Develop websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and WordPress.
Convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
Integrate APIs, forms, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and security.




Debug, test, and maintain websites across contemporary browsers.

AI-Assisted Development
Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Bolt, Lovable, v0, ChatGPT, and Claude to improve productivity and code quality.
Leverage AI to accelerate design, coding, testing, and documentation.

Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams.
Support website updates, campaign landing pages, and product launches.
Participate in project planning, code reviews, and design discussions.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Web Design and Website Development.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and WordPress.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
