Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators.
Execute end-to-end brand collaborations, from pitching to campaign completion.
Coordinate with brands, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables with creators.
Track campaign performance, deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of content.
Identify and onboard recent creators aligned with the company's talent portfolio.
Maintain campaign records, contracts, and creator databases.
Stay updated with social media trends and the creator ecosystem.

Requirements:
6+ months of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or a similar role.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Positive organizational and coordination skills.
Experience in managing PR activities for creators (media coverage, interviews, podcasts, etc.) is a plus.
Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
