Summary of the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Methods and Tools Analyst to join the Digital & Technology PMO team. Reporting to the PMO – Methods and Tools Lead, you will manage the administration, governance, configuration and support of significant project management and collaboration tools across the IT organisation.

You will ensure standardisation, data integrity, access governance, and ideal use of tools. These tools include Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Airtable, and associated platforms. Additionally, the role will support AI enablement and integrations.

About the Role:

Atlassian Suite Administration (Jira, Confluence)

User & Access Management
Manage end-to-end Atlassian user lifecycle (onboarding, modifications, offboarding)




Provision user access, project roles, and admin rights based on governance standards
Handle admin access provisioning and approvals
Maintain licence usage within defined limits

Project & Configuration Management
Create and configure:

Jira projects, boards, workflows

Workflow schemes and field configurations

Screens and screen schemes
Maintain Jira fields, configurations, and data standards
Perform status tracking and health checks across projects
Support Jira Plans setup and maintenance

Automation & Integration
Design Jira automation rules
Support Jira API token requests and integrations
Help and manage third-party integrations
Provide inputs/guidance using developer.atlassian.com resources

Confluence Administration
Create Confluence spaces
Provision access and enforce space governance
Maintain templates and documentation standards

Support & Governance
Manage
