Responsibilities –




Lead multiple end-to-end transition and migration programs across insurance operations and shared services.
Drive project planning, governance, execution, and successful delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and business leaders to execute complex transition initiatives.
Establish governance frameworks, monitor project milestones, and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage project dependencies.
Drive knowledge transfer, process migration, and operational readiness across multiple delivery locations.
Standardize transition methodologies and implement best practices across projects.
Conduct transition reviews, capture lessons learned, and continuously enhance transition frameworks.
