Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, valves, and pipelines.
Read and understand mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
Carry out alignment, fitting, assembly, and dismantling of machine parts.
Replace worn-out bearings, seals, couplings, and other mechanical components.
Maintain lubrication schedules and machine health.
Inspect machinery regularly and report abnormalities.
Ensure minimum downtime by attending machine breakdowns promptly.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
Maintain maintenance records and daily work reports.
