Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent in BPO division. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder management and candidate engagement.

The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment best practices, and a passion for talent acquisition and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing
Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate qualifications,



communication skills, and fitment.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Experience
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules and status updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in managing offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement activities.

Recruitment Operations
Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Ensure candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment documentation are accurately maintained.
Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Prepare recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics reports.

Employer Branding
Support social media recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
