Roles & Responsibilities
Understand and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams for requirement clarification.
Participate in client and internal project meetings.
Support process mapping and documentation activities.
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Track requirements and support timely project delivery.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.
Learn and work with tools such as Jira and other project management tools.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Positive documentation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with different teams.
Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and business processes.
