, including process design, workflow implementation, and operational adoption.
Help the team adopt
recent ways of working in ServiceNow
through coaching, documentation, and day-to-day support.
DevOps mindset
Experienced (10+ years), independent, responsible and team leadership – communication, coaching etc
Based in Bangalore and goes to AZ office 2 days a week
Good to have:
Exposure to HPC engineering landscape in understanding and prioritising tickets
Exposure to SLURM
