Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.
Strong visual design sensibility with an understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and user experience principles.

Leadership & Communication
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor,



and develop creative teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives, marketing teams, sales departments, and external partners.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide creative projects from concept to completion.

Project & Campaign Management
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
