Designation: Lead Programmer Analyst

Key Expectations
Lead programming and testing of the batch system to meet client requirements
Own end-to-end batch delivery, including client interactions
Create and review analysis and test plans aligned to requirements
Ensure post-implementation stability and continuous system readiness
Drive technical excellence, quality assurance, and solution delivery
Provide oversight for automated production job monitoring, team to ensure prompt attention, escalation, and closure of all job failures.
Coach and develop team members; lead knowledge enhancement initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement and client/organizational initiatives

Required Skills
Advanced hands-on expertise in:
SQL and SAS programming (or JCL / DB2)
Advanced debugging of programming, system, and batch
