Data Solutions & Delivery Manager

Our site in Pune, India is seeking a ​​​​​​​Manager of Data Solutions & Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of data products that drive business value across the enterprise. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive the architecture, design, development of data and analytics solutions, and maintenance of high-performance data pipelines, data processing systems, and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strategic thinking and excels at cross-functional collaboration to unlock the full value of our data ecosystem.

In this role, you will oversee the engineering teams that build and support scalable data systems, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will mentor and guide engineers, while working cross-functionally with stakeholders in data architecture, data science, product, and business teams.

What You’ll Do:
Data Product Delivery and architecture




Define and maintain AI ready data architectures that align with the enterprise data, AI and digital transformation goals
Define and evolve the AI data product delivery strategy
Lead the execution of data product initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery across multiple business units.
Oversee the lifecycle of data products—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and software engineers.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
Establish transparent performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of complex data engineering projects.
Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines; ensure that deadlines are met.
