We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development leader, preferably from the travel industry, who has previously built or led L&D; functions and can take end-to-end ownership of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall L&D; function.
Drive training, coaching, quality, and capability-building initiatives.
Own and improve organization-wide quality and training metrics.
Build frameworks around seller productivity, call quality, and performance improvement.
Lead the L&D; team and ensure business impact through training interventions
Conduct regular training sessions and coaching programs.
Audit sales calls and provide structured feedback.
Improve call quality, conversion skills, and sales effectiveness.
Work closely with sales teams on a daily basis.
Own regional training metrics and capability development.
Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes and best practices.
