We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Care Representative to join our team at GoaMiles Pvt. Ltd. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a high level of empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat conversations from customers
Provide assistance and resolution to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Act as a liaison between the company and our customers, conveying information accurately and effectively
Utilize active listening skills to understand and address customer needs and concerns




Educate customers on our products, services, and promotions
Identify and escalate complex or recurring issues to the relevant departments
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Empathetic and patient, with the ability to remain calm and skilled under pressure
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Fluency in English and proficiency in local language(s) is a plus
