We are seeking motivated and results-driven, Account Manager(s) to join our energetic Sales team, supporting various locations in Grey-Bruce, Wellington and Huron counties The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored equipment solutions and services.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within target industries – Agriculture, Construction, Residential & Commercial.
Provide product and service solutions to meet client needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Prepare quotes, proposals,



and sales presentations.
Coordinate and facilitating product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of equipment and services.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular sales reports.
Perform extensive research to discover and understand new and/or existing products.
Attend trade shows, client meetings, and site visits as required.

Qualifications & Essential Skills
Completion of high school or vocational equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position related to sales.
Experience in high volume sales prospecting/lead generation.
Must have a working knowledge of agricultural, construction and residential practices and equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand technical products and convey value to clients.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Proficient in CRM sy
