About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Valuations Coordinator

In this role, you will:
Lead valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policy
Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group or administrative operations; proactively provides feedback and presents ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with functional area impact
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
Assign reviews according to due dates and rush requests
Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and training
Perform or guide others on complex, tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation of customer-centric tasks
Prioritize work and provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to team
Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional area on wide range of information




Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Valuations or Lending support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
