Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Ensure continuity of care through effective shift handovers.




Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to nursing protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor compliance with patient safety and quality standards.
Participate in audits, accreditation activities, and quality improvement programs.
Investigate and report clinical incidents and adverse events.
