A Day in the Life
As an IT MA&D; Infrastructure Business Analyst in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D;), your primary role is to support teams and stakeholders in delivering successful infrastructure integration initiatives within a complex and evolving business workplace.

This role assists the Infrastructure Integration Lead by supporting infrastructure-related analysis and coordination activities, including business analysis, options analysis, tracking progress against timelines, and stakeholder communications.

The role plays a key part in supporting the planning and execution of technology and infrastructure-related activities during a merger, acquisition, or divestiture. The focus is on ensuring a smooth infrastructure transition and contributing to outcomes such as seamless system integration,



improved operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

Success in this role requires robust coordination and communication across cross-functional teams, including collaboration with project managers, business stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Support planning and execution of IT infrastructure integration during M&A; and divestiture initiatives
Develop and maintain infrastructure integration plans covering networks, hosting, cloud, security, and data migration
Ensure alignment with business and program strategy
Conduct infrastructure-focused IT due diligence across networks, cloud, hosting, and end-user environments
Identify risks, synergies, costs, and integration challenges
