As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:
*Versatile to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend
*Excellent communication skills
*Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
*Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
*Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
*Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.




*Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
*Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
*Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
Must to Have Skills : Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, Hpe Silverpeak
*Good to have Skills : BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP
*Positive to have knowledge on Skills : Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless, Firewalls
*Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation
*Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.
*Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network.
*Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
*Knowledge of ITIL framework
