Job Description: Network Security Engineer (Zscaler Specialist)Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with a solid focus on Zscaler technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our secure cloud transformation and network security infrastructure.

This is a Hybrid role. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to one of our office hubs.

Key Information
Total Experience: 5 to 7 years in Network Security
Zscaler Experience: 2 to 3 years of dedicated, hands-on experience (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Zscaler Management: Handle the deployment, configuration, policy administration, and troubleshooting of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
Traffic Redirection & Engineering: Manage and maintain Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) deployments, PAC files, and traffic redirection methods (GRE/IPSec tunnels).




Security Policy Administration: Configure and monitor URL filtering, SSL inspection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) policies.
Network Security Operations: Support traditional network security controls including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and secure web gateways.
Operations & Troubleshooting: Serve as the escalation point for complex network security issues, utilizing packet capture tools (Wireshark) to diagnose connectivity and performance anomalies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the infrastructure and network teams to ensure smooth integration of Zscaler with SD-WAN and cloud settings (AWS/Azure).
