About the role (Loans / Loan Syndication Operations):
Support end-to-end Loans / Loan Syndication Settlement operations across the loan trade lifecycle (primary allocations, secondary trade settlement, amendments where applicable, and post-settlement servicing) with solid focus on risk, controls, and client service.
Work in a deadline-driven workplace supporting daily cut-offs for allocations/settlements, cash movements, and timely closure of trade, cash, and position breaks.
Partner with Agent Banks, borrowers (via agent), lenders/participants, Front/Middle Office, and internal servicing teams to resolve allocation, confirmation, documentation, and settlement issues quickly and professionally.
Perform detailed investigation and reconciliation of loan trades, cash movements (principal, interest, fees), and positions; document root cause, drive corrective actions, and escalate per SLA.
Maintain high data quality and control discipline (borrower/facility details, allocations, settlement instructions/wiring details, and cash postings) to ensure accurate processing, reporting,



and audit readiness.
