Role Overview
The Head of Software Development will lead the GCC’s engineering organization with end-to-end ownership of application development, DevSecOps transformation, and digital delivery excellence.
This role will be responsible for building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, driving secure-by-design software development practices, and ensuring continuous delivery through up-to-date DevSecOps pipelines. The leader will collaborate globally to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable products aligned with enterprise strategy.

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust expertise in software engineering and large-scale delivery leadership
Deep experience in DevSecOps practices, tools, and frameworks
Hands-on exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of security integration in SDLC
Proven experience in Agile/SAFe environments
Solid stakeholder management and global delivery experience




Expertise in modern architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and reporting skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, MBA (preferred)
Experience: 15+ years (with 8+ years in leadership roles)
Certifications (preferred):
DevOps / Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
SAFe / Agile certifications
