Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Product Developers, providing technical direction, coaching, and career development.
Drive the technical vision and execution for Prism and AI-enabled platform initiatives.
Define engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered experiences.
Guide the team in designing, building, and integrating AI agents and intelligent workflows into enterprise applications.
Review solution designs, code quality, and technical deliverables to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning around AI technologies.
Plan team capacity, prioritize work, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
Identify skill gaps and create development plans for engineers through mentoring and training.
Support hiring activities, technical interviews, onboarding, and team growth.




Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where they create measurable business value.

Required Skills
12+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of people management experience leading software development teams.
Solid experience with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Working knowledge of Python.
Experience building enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of REST APIs and up-to-date application architectures.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or intelligent automation.
Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, etc.) into enterprise applic
