Guide the Compliance Team
Make sure the compliance team members are doing their jobs properly and following the rules.

Track and Fix Issues
Keep a record of any mistakes or rule violations and help fix them quickly.

Support Business Teams
Help sales and marketing teams understand what documents or approvals they need for their activities.

Escalate Problems on Time
Raise issues to higher management when needed, without delays.

Work with Other Departments
Collaborate with HR, legal, finance, etc., to ensure everyone is following the same compliance standards.

Handle Projects
Participate in or lead compliance-related projects to improve processes.

Train Employees
Conduct training sessions and share regular updates to help employees understand and follow compliance rules.
