Job Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Identify and connect with decision-makers including CEOs, Directors, Marketing Heads, HR Heads, Plant Heads, and Business Owners.
Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital and technology solutions.




Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for proposal execution.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in IT Services, Software Sales, Digital Marketing, SaaS, AI, ERP, or Technology Solutions is preferred.
Valuable understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
