Key Responsibilities:
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and communicate findings to senior team members
Conduct metric analyses and distribute regular reports
Support project kickoff activities including documentation and coordination




Prepare meeting materials and take detailed notes
Present key findings and updates to internal project teams
Manage and update workplans to support overall project timelines

Core Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
2–3 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement in a team-based environment
Preference for experience in healthcare operations or consulting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Solid communication skills (verbal and written English)
Critical thinking and analytical mindset; attention to detail
