We are looking for a motivated Data Management and Analytics Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on handling data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business decision-making through analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with data.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize large datasets for analysis and reporting
Support data management activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel , SQL , Python , R , and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Assist in automating data workflows and processes for improved efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance policies
Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics and management

Skills and Qualifications:
Education:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Robotics Data Analytics
Consistent academic record with minimum 70% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications (65% for Maharashtra-based candidates)
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Access, SQL)
Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
Knowledge of SQL , DBMS/RDBMS , and database management
Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, OAC), Data Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Talend, ODI), Data Governance , Master Data Management , and Python
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to learn and adapt to current tools, technologies, and methodologies in enterprise solutions
