Role & responsibilities
Create 3D interior designs using SketchUp.
Prepare working drawings in AutoCAD.
Develop concept designs and space planning for residential interiors.
Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements.
Prepare design presentations and layout options.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.
Visit project sites for measurement and supervision.
Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
Handle site supervision and quality control.
Manage project timelines and progress updates.
Support the team in design development and execution stages.

Preferred candidate profile
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
14 years experience in residential interior projects
Robust knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD
Ability to handle both design and execution
Valuable communication and client handling skills
Candidate based in Pune preferred
