About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, agile, and target-driven IT Recruitment Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in IT Staffing & Recruitment Services.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client acquisition, staffing sales, account management, and strategic business development across Domestic and/or International markets. The role demands excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of IT hiring trends and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions
Generate recent business through cold calling,



email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability discussions
Convert leads into long-term business opportunities

Client Relationship Management
Develop solid, long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and business goals
Provide customized staffing solutions including Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, and RPO services
Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts

Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, pricing models, and SLAs
Prepare proposals, rate cards, and staffing agreements
Track sale
