CSR PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (GD-05)
Role Purpose
To develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, philanthropic institutions, and funding agencies to mobilize resources and support sustainable development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential CSR partners and corporate donors.
Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, and funding presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, foundations, and industry leaders.
Coordinate project reporting and impact communication to funding partners.
Support fundraising campaigns and partnership events.
Track CSR prospects, government schemes, and funding announcements.
Collaborate with project teams to design scalable social impact programs.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.
5–8 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or social impact programs.
Solid stakeholder management and business development skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
