Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in IT governance, compliance and/or audit.
Candidate should have worked extensively on maturing the risk culture through diligent initiatives
Develop and implement IT governance framework, policies, and procedures
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (RBI, PCI-DSS, etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate IT risks
Oversee IT audit processes and track remediation of findings
Provide governance support to Tech & IT team
Monitoring of regulatory updates, requirements and ensure internal adherence from IT Governance perspective
Develop and maintain knowledge of systems and data to ensure optimal use of technology and oversee customer data protection




Ideal candidate having experience in the financial services industry and a working knowledge of regulatory requirements
Ability to articulate complex concepts and information in a clear, concise and structured manner
Robust strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
Proven relationship management skills and ability to influence a large and diverse group of stakeholders (often without organizational structure) through persuasion, intellect, experience, robust interpersonal skills etc.
Stay abreast of current industry standards, regulations and external setting
