We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee / Fresher BDE who is interested in learning business development for an IT service-based company. The candidate will support the team in generating business leads through channels like LinkedIn, email outreach, and other direct marketing methods.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in generating leads for IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.)
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms
Maintain lead databases and update client communication records
Support the business development and marketing team in outreach activities
Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and client requirements
Help the team in achieving monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills
Fresher or up to 0–1 year of experience
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn,



email communication, and online research
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in IT services and business development
Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Knowledge of tools like Apollo, Snov.io, Lusha, or CRM will be a plus (not mandatory)
