What we are looking for :
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to deliver high-quality support through digital chat platforms
This role requires robust written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently
Handle inbound customer interactions via chat with professionalism and empathy
Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Excellent written communication and typing accuracy
Client will provide : -
Two-way cabs with nodal points within 40km radius.
Attendance Bonus, Monthly Incentives will be provided.
1 month paid training at Client site and will be moved to production floor.
