Job Title: Lead I – DevOps Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with robust hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Terraform, CI/CD Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring, and Production Support.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing and managing Azure cloud infrastructure, building reusable Terraform modules, implementing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure deployments, and supporting production environments.

This role requires someone with deep technical expertise rather than basic exposure to Azure or CI/CD. Candidates should have experience working in large-scale cloud settings and be comfortable participating in production on-call support.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform,



including modules, remote state management, and infrastructure automation.
Build, enhance, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Harness.
Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, testing, and release processes.
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
Configure and support Azure networking components such as VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, and Key Vault.
Implement monitoring, observability, and centralized logging using Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call production support.
Collaborate with Development, QA, and Platform Engineering teams to implement DevOps best practices.
