Key Responsibilities
Call Handling: Answer inbound customer service calls or make outbound calls in Malayalam to solve user issues.
Query Resolution: Provide accurate details about company products, services, or billing options.
Data Updates: Enter customer feedback and details correctly into the CRM software or database.
Target Achievement: Maintain valuable call metrics like quality scores and customer satisfaction rates.
Job Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent verbal communication in Malayalam. Basic understanding of English or Tamil is often required.
Education: 12th pass, diploma, or any graduation degree.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of BPO or customer support experience.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge and active listening skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
