About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Audit & Advisory practice as an Audit Team Leader. The role involves leading audit engagements for corporate clients, managing audit teams, engaging with client management, and delivering high-quality audit reports with practical recommendations to strengthen business processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage internal audit and assurance engagements for corporate clients.
Plan, supervise, and review audit assignments, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Review financial records, business processes, internal controls, and compliance with statutory and taxation requirements.
Discuss audit observations with client management and finalize audit reports.
Mentor audit team members and maintain strong client relationships.
Travel to client locations, as required.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
3–5 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, assurance, or risk advisory.
Proven experience in leading audit teams and independently handling client engagements.
Robust knowledge of auditing, accounting, corporate laws, direct and indirect taxation, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, report-writing, client communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, accounting software, and other relevant IT tools.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality audit reports within agreed timelines.
