Job Summary

CCAN Solutions is seeking reliable and proactive Freelance Submission Staff to manage document submissions, collections, and follow-up activities with colleges and universities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy field work and can work independently while ensuring timely and accurate document handling.

Key Responsibilities
Submit and collect documents to colleges and universities.
Verify documents before submission to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with the CCAN Solutions office regarding submission schedules and status updates.
Maintain proper records of all submitted and collected documents.




Follow up with institutions on pending applications when required.
Ensure the protected and confidential handling of all client documents.
Submit daily or weekly work reports with proof of submission.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two). Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Ability to travel within Thrissur and nearby districts.
Smartphone with internet access for communication and reporting.
Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently.

Compensation
