Job Title: Store Incharge

Job Summary

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring effective inventory management, maintaining accurate records, supervising store staff, and ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of materials. The role requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain stock levels while supporting production and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system or manual registers.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests for replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for material movement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.




Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Supervise store assistants and allocate daily work activities.
Handle documentation related to goods receipt, issue, returns, and transfers.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management.
Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/SAP/Tally or similar software).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
