Job Summary

Matoshri Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets for residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize project sales.
Generate qualified leads through channel partners, digital marketing, referrals, and direct sales.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.




Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams for seamless sales operations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to improve team performance.

Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven expertise in closing high-value sales.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management.

Qualification
MBA (Marketing) / Graduate in any discipline.
Real Estate Sales certification will be an added advantage.
