Responsibilities
Performing daily reconciliation of client portfolios against custodian records.
Investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks across multiple investment products.
Coordinating with Trade Support, Corporate Actions, Pricing, Security Setup, and Operations teams.




Communicating with custodians to resolve portfolio discrepancies within defined timelines.
Monitoring and resolving open lot and closed lot reconciliation breaks with high accuracy.
Ensuring timely completion of reconciliation activities while maintaining quality standards.
Supporting process improvement initiatives and participating in operational projects.
Maintaining reconciliation reports, audit trails, and process documentation.

Requirements
Having 1–4 years of experience in Portfolio Reconciliation, Investment Operations, Middle Office, Asset Management, Custody Operations, or Prime Brokerage.
Possessing knowledge of Equities, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Options, and Bank Debt products.
Demonstrating understanding of Portfolio Accounting, Trade Life Cycle, Corporate Actions, and Settlement processes.
