Key Responsibilities
Lead the video and motion graphics function and establish creative standards.
Partner with senior stakeholders to develop creative and motion-led storytelling strategies.
Oversee video and motion projects across multiple channels.
Lead, mentor, and develop senior creative professionals.
Drive innovation through current creative formats, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
Manage budgets, resources, vendors, and external production partners.
Ensure effective workflows, governance, quality, and timely project delivery.

Required Skills
15+ years of experience in Video, Motion Graphics, Visual Storytelling, or Creative Leadership.
Solid expertise in video production and post-production.




Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools, 3D animation, and motion design.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact video and motion graphics work.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
Experience managing large creative teams and complex projects.

Preferred: Experience leading global/distributed teams and working with agencies, studios, or large in-house creative teams.
