Job Description:
Ensure smooth and secure operation of the spinning process during the assigned shift.
Monitor process parameters and machine performance to achieve production targets.
Maintain product quality by adhering to standard operating procedures and specifications.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
Supervise operators and contract manpower to ensure effective shift operations.
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize process losses and wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
Prepare and maintain shift production reports, logs, and operational records.
Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain reliable operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
