Designation: Sales Team Lead/Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Initial Training Period - Kochi (34 Months); Work Location - Chennai

Job role and responsibility:

1.Process Development
Build and document scalable sales processes.
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality.
Recommend improvements based on market feedback.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, admissions, and operations.

2.Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Forecast admissions and revenue.
Present performance insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
5+ years of sales experience.
2+ years managing a sales team.
Experience in Education, EdTech, SaaS, or High-Ticket Sales is preferred.
Experience hiring and scaling sales teams.
Robust analytical and leadership skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
Candidate must have own Laptop.
